Marriages are a high priority at NewStory Church.

Our goal is to help couples develop and sustain thriving marriages by providing Marriage Enrichment gatherings, premarital counseling as well as providing one of our pastors to officiate your special day.

Premarital Counseling

We believe in the importance of preparing for marriage, not just a wedding. We all enter into relationships with a past, including wounds, victories, our strengths and weaknesses. The goal of premarital counseling is to help you identify possible areas of healing and growth, and walk with you through strengthening weak places so that you can have not only a beautiful wedding, but be prepared for a life-long, strong and faithful marriage.

Marriage is a gift from God. The covenant of marriage also serves as an illustration of the covenant of love that exists between Christ and His bride, the church. It is truly a sacred and beautiful institution to be enjoyed and held in high regard. Therefore, we as a church would like to do what we can to assist you in approaching marriage as God intended.

Gathering from Saturday, March 5th, 2022

It is our commitment to build healthy, thriving, Christ-centered marriages at our church. We encourage you to connect with other couples at our church (both those in your season of marriage and beyond) or in your small group to encourage one another to grow in your marriage.  If you want to help organize some of the follow-up events with the subgroups or as a whole, please let us know.
